No Tents - Caravans or overnight vehicles 

(You are permitted to leave vehicles overnight but they must be collected by 1pm the following day, lift and tow in operation)

🚨Some Questions and Answers🚨

❓What time is last ticket entry?
✅ 6 pm.

❓Can I bring a fold up chair? 

  ✅Yes, you are welcome to bring a fold up chair but trolleys and picnics are not permitted.

❓Can I bring food and drink into the festival?

✅No one is permitted to bring any food or drink to the festival. We have a large selection of food vendors in Woody’s food court and four bars to choose from.

❓Can I bring my dog?

✅No pets are permitted inside the festival area only guide dogs.

❓Are After party tickets included in the price?

✅NO, After party tickets are available now via Cambridgedancefestival.com they are an additional ticket that include a free bus service to the Cambridge Junction, these can also be purchased on the day. All after party ticket purchasers need to collect or exchange their after Party QR ticket for a wristband in order to access the Bus and After party.

❓What time do the After party buses run from?  ✅The after party free bus service will run from 10:45 pm right through until 12 am.

❓Is there a set list printed anywhere?

✅We have issued the set list on our social media, but we also have limited edition event programme lanyards available to purchase on site.

❓Is there a dress code?

✅It’s a festival so go wild and dress, however you see fit, the festival site is on grass so we advise trainers or flat shoes.

❓Is there any camping on site?

✅Unfortunately no overnight camping is permitted anywhere on site but you are welcome to leave your car overnight but it must be collected by 1 pm on Sunday, the 6th of July.

❓What do I do if I can no longer attend?
✅Unfortunately, tickets are nonrefundable but you are welcome to sell them.

❓What time does the festival start and finish?  ✅Doors open at 12 noon at the festival runs through until 11 pm., the After party at the Cambridge Junction runs from 11pm till 4 am.

❓Is there lockers on site? 

✅  Because it’s only a one-day festival, unfortunately, we won’t be providing lockers.

❓Is the festival all outside? 

✅  Some arenas are inside big top marquees. If rain is forecast then extra provisions will be made to make sure everyone is undercover.

❓What do I do if I can’t find my ticket but I definitely purchased?

✅For any lost tickets please email info@jacfest.com and we will happily resend. If you find on the day that you can’t find your ticket and our team are non-responsive. Please bring proof of ID or the credit or debit card that you used to make the purchase and the Door team will find you in our purchase list.

❓I’ve purchased VIP where do I go?

✅VIP tickets have a separate queue upon entry you will be issued with your VIP wristband which gives you entry to the VIP village, including posh toilets, extra food vendor, exclusive DJ’s and an extra bar that also includes a cocktail bar.

❓Is the festival cashless?

✅We are accepting cash and cards on all of our outlets. The main bar will have a dedicated Cash and Card till and all of our vendors will be accepting Cash and Card as well.

❓What do I do if I feel unwell while I’m at the festival?

✅We have an ambulance and a full medical team on site to make sure everyone is looked after.

❓Can I leave the festival and come back?

✅We do have a strict no re-entry policy but in emergency circumstances this is at the discretion of the Door team.
